Grounded in the hard-working values of his upbringing on a cattle and wheat farm in northern Oklahoma, Jerry Root has spent his career unlocking human and organizational potential. With a strong academic foundation in psychology and industrial-organizational psychology, Jerry has built a diverse portfolio across industries such as insurance, banking, professional services, and education. He has held leadership roles ranging from Chief Human Capital Officer to Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, partnering with organizations to drive operational excellence, cultivate leadership, and enhance team performance.
